Responsibilities:
Design & tech packing. Fittings and fit communication, fabric and trim development, production troubleshooting, cross-functional feedback integration, design team infrastructure
Team:
Worked with the Creative Director to define design roles and support in build out the Asia headquarters, leading Associate and Assistant Designers through each seasonal collection cycle, and designing showrooms to model the global store merchandising and store designs after.

THE WORK
Every season moved through the same disciplined pipeline: global inspiration sourcing, hands-on fitting and fabric development, and direct oversight of production across Asia's manufacturing network.

I conducted every fitting and translated edits directly to the tech team and production factories, working season over season with the development team on fabric and trim, and stepping in to resolve production issues as they came up on the floor.
