The Art of Juice and Water is a brand and concept store created by Bita Rad and located in Beverly Hills, California.The concept of this store is based around the concept of how nature has the ability to grow "swallow whole" any manmade structures, when left untouched.he interior of the shop is made of concrete, and similar to the natural aesthetic of Ubud, Bali, moss lines the walls, flowers bloom along the moss wall, and raw wood surfaces line the countertops. Each menu offering infuses an herbal or botanical ingredient that serves as a natural healing remedy. We use exotic ingredients from around the world, and stir, shake, and garnish our juices and smoothies to resemble high-end craft cocktails.

This shop was born from the belief in the restorative power of nature.
Conceptualized during the Covid pandemic, it was inspired by the fascinating idea that, left undisturbed, nature has an incredible ability to reclaim and envelop man-made structures. In the absence of human interference, nature continually thrives. You can see this in the moss-covered concrete buildings of Ubud, Bali, or the ancient, vine-clad temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia.
The vision behind this shop is to create a tranquil retreat amidst the fast-paced energy of Los Angeles, nestled on a quiet residential street in Beverly Hills.

Store Signage Design
The shop's signage reflects the core design principles of the store concept. Crafted from rusted iron, the hollow letters are filled with vibrant moss, seamlessly blending industrial and natural elements.

Store Interior Design
As you approach the shop, the air is infused with the soothing scents of plants and essential oils, while gentle bird songs blend with calming music. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a striking moss wall, adorned with live-edge wooden shelves showcasing organic, plant-based products.
The space combines raw wood surfaces, concrete walls, and moss creeping into every corner, evoking the harmony between nature and design.

The concept for our smoothies is to create craft cocktail inspired smoothies which each include an exotic superfood ingredient. All smoothies are garnished for the final touch.

The include unique flavors like "Basil-Lime Gimlet", inspired by a classic gimlet, and the "Heart Beet" which is a beet based juice that is garnished with a heart-shaped beet and has benefits for heart health.
